Żurek about Nawrocki's decision: It's breaking the Polish Constitution

This approach to the nomination process is simply a violation of the Polish Constitution. The president and the KRS must cooperate with each another - said Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek today. He commented on the decision of Karol Nawrocki, who refused to nominate 46 judges.
