"I have submitted 5 applications for waiver of immunity to the Constitutional Tribunal," said Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek. As he explained, they concern the acting president of the Constitutional Tribunal and his deputy. According to Żurek's account, justice Anna Korwin-Piotrowska has already ordered a break in their authoritative activities.
