Around 11:00 p.m. on Friday, a secret part of the Sejm's deliberations ended, during which Prime Minister Donald Tusk presented "urgent state safety information". Following the reopening of the sitting, Members were afraid with voting against the presidential veto on cryptocurrency regulation.
The vote was preceded by speeches in the plenary area of the Sejm by the head of government, ministers and representatives of the parliamentary groups. During the debate, Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek quoted the words of Deputy talker of the Sejm Krzysztof Bosak, who were to fall during the secret part of the meeting. The head of the Justice Department said it directly.

Mr Sławomir Mentzen of the Confederate responded immediately to Żurk's words, besides accusing the minister of committing a crime.
"Just a minute ago, during the open debate on the vat of the cryptocurrency Act, Minister Żurek revealed Krzysztof Bosak's message from the morning secret session of the Sejm. This passage was then cut from transmission to the YT Sejm. Żurek's disclosure of this message is simply a crime!" – he wrote on X.
The case was besides referred to by Deputy Marshal Krzysztof Bosak. "A reminder to Waldemar Żurek on the secret part of the Sejm's sitting: The Minister of Justice should be a model of restraint, not of chatter!" he commented.

Such an entry appeared on Bosaka's X account at 13:22 p.m. 2 minutes later, Deputy Marshal of the Sejm added another. "I did not say specified words," he said.
In the Sejm, there are stormy debates about rejecting the presidential veto to the cryptocurrency marketplace bill. Prime Minister Donald Tusk, who had previously revealed secret information to Members, did not bite his tongue. As he stressed, Friday's meetings "are crucial for the safety of Poland".
"We are here present to deal with the issue that concerns the safety of the state, investors and citizens directly. I spoke about this in detail, presenting names, numbers, company names, dates and this, in a secret part, and of course I will not be able to repeat this information in the open part," said the Prime Minister.
And he said, "Get it together! It's not a policy. We're talking about a situation where a company, a leading company on the market, co-financed by Russian money, whose name I passed on at a secret gathering that feels like gentlemen in the salons of the right... Do you realize that the company in which the missing people, Russian money, are in the background, is besides a sponsor of the actions that the highest organization officials and public opinion leaders on the right are curious in?
