ZU-23-2 cannon shooting down Lancet

There has been a video on the web of the lands firing on Russian ammunition circling the Lancet from a 23 mm duplicate anti-aircraft cannon ZU-23-2. While this kind of weapon seems straight designed to destruct the dense and slow Shahids-131/136, hitting a smaller and faster rocket of Russian production seems to be a bigger challenge.
