"Stay in your homes." Russian drones massively breached Poland's airspace

Russia has massively breached Polish airspace – alarming reports appeared on the night of Tuesday for Wednesday. On the subject, the operational command of the RSZ and Prime Minister Donald Tusk have already spoken.


"Note, in the course of today's attack of the Russian Federation executing impact on objects located in Ukraine's territory, our airspace has been repeatedly breached by drone-type objects" - reported on the night of Tuesday for Wednesday the Operational Command of the Russian Federation.

"We stress that the military is inactive in operation and we call for the remaining homes. The most threatened areas are Podlaskie, Mazowieckie and Lubline voivodships. The Operational Command of the MSZ monitors the current situation, and the subordinate forces and resources stay full ready for immediate response" - concluded.

Response by Mr Tusk and the Head of the MON

Prime Minister Donald Tusk added this: "The operation active in repeated violations of Polish airspace. The military utilized weapons against objects. I'm in constant contact with the president and the defence Minister. I received a direct study from the operations commander."

The head of the MON Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish besides spoke. "Over Poland there is an operation to neutralise the objects that violated the Polish border. The president and Prime Minister were notified. All departments are operational. We ask you to follow the messages of the Polish Army and the Police," he said.

"Samolots utilized weapons against hostile objects. We're in constant contact with NATO Command. WOT activated for ground search for shot down drones. We ask you to stay calm and to transmit only military and state services communications. If you encounter fragments of objects, delight do not approach them and inform the police" - said the head of MON.

The US Secretary of State Marco Rubio was informed of Russia's actions. Before 6am, Donald Tusk reported that Russian drones were shot down:



"I received a study from the Operation Commander of the Armed Forces Types about shooting down drones that entered our airspace and could pose a threat" - said Prime Minister on X. He added that "operation continues".
