More than 12,000 litres of water were delivered by the inhabitants of Dobrzykow in Gąbin (Plotsk County) by soldiers of the 6th Mazovian Territorial Defence Brigade in connection with the detected contamination of water.

The residents of Płock and surrounding towns have been deprived of drinking water since 24 September erstwhile the bacteria in the water supply was detected. At the request of the Provincials of Mazovia, the Minister of National Defence directed WOT soldiers to assist. Since Sunday, September 28 in action are 2 tanks emitted by the 5th and 6th Mazowieckie Territorial Defence Brigade along with service. The action is coordinated by the 6th Mazowiecka Territorial Defence Brigade. This is in connection with the recording of the Homeland Defence Act, according to which the commander of 6MBOT acts as coordinator in the area of the Crisis Management strategy of the National Defence hotel in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.
So far, soldiers have spent more than 12,000 litres of drinking water to the victims. The tankers were set in the parking lot of the Dobrzyków OS and are operated from 8.00 to 20.00. The soldiers of the Territorial defence Army will be in action until further notice.
This is not the first specified aid action to which soldiers of the 6th Mazovian Territorial Defence Brigade were directed. In April of that year, they supplied water to the inhabitants of Otwock and Karczev. In September 2023, they supported the inhabitants of Bielsk.
