W General Command of Armed Forces Types is created a publication dedicated to physical fitness, healthy lifestyle and conditioning for military service. Specialists in sports medicine, dietetics and physical education are working on its content. A guide, supplemented by photos and films, will be available next year.

The thought of preparing a guide was born a fewer months ago in the General Command of Types of Armed Forces. – There are training and diet materials available online, but first there are quite a few them, and second, they frequently come from untested sources.
