Sikorski issued an announcement on the Russian attack on Kiev

The president of Ukraine indicated that Russia is inactive "not afraid of consequences". He reported that Kiev was waiting for the reaction of China and Hungary.
"China has frequently urged war not to grow and appeal for ceasefire. It didn't happen due to Russia. We await the reaction of Hungary. The death of children should be much more emotional than anything else. We look forward to the reaction of everyone in the planet who called for peace, and now is more silent than taking a position," he wrote and one more time appealed for sanctions against Russia, stressing that "Russia must feel liable for all attack, for all day of this war."
