With the announcement of the project, a list of the first founding countries that declared accession to the initiative was revealed. These included Albania, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belarus, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Egypt, El Salvador, Hungary, Indonesia, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kuwait, Mongolia, Morocco, Pakistan, Paraguay, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, the United arabian Emirates, the United States, Uzbekistan and Vietnam.
