Changes in Jelcz's management. fresh CEO and strengthened management

The Supervisory Board of JELCZ Sp. z o.o., after conducting the qualifying procedure, established a fresh board of directors for the period of the 10th joint term. Mariusz Ptak was appointed president of the Board on 15 December 2025. At the same time, it was decided to fill 2 positions of board members – from 19 January 2026 these functions will be assumed by Maciej Młodzki and Mariusz Fedko. Thus, the management of the company will be expanded and reinforced personally.
