Changes in the Russian Government: Further mobilisation of resources for the long war

On 21 October, the State Duma (lower home of Parliament) approved the proposed by the Prime Minister and prepared in the Kremlin, changes in the composition of the government (the largest since May 2024). They relate primarily to the positions of the Deputy Prime Ministers, whose number will increase from 8 to nine.
