Changes in the MON and the General Staff

The proposed creation of the department involves the establishment of a government typical for SAFE, to whom, in accordance with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers, substantive, organisational and legal, method and office services are provided by MON. Of the EUR 150 billion foreseen for this purpose, the European Commission granted Poland EUR 43.7 billion in the form of low-interest loans. Capital repayments are to begin 10 years after receiving the money and end by 2070. Projects financed by SAFE will be exempt from VAT.
