Change of submarines for Poland. General explains

Although the Ork's submarine's program long required the ability to carry maneuvering missiles, yet this condition was abandoned. In a conversation with Defence24.pl General Krzysztof Zielski, Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Polish Army presented the reasons for this decision.
