After 5 years of intensive activities, focusing primarily on the business improvement of PZL-Świdnik, as well as the implementation of extended crucial investments that bring the Świdnica plant into a fresh stage, president of the Management Board Jacek Libucha, in agreement with the Shareholders and Supervisory Board, transferred his duties to the PZL-Świdnik Board of Directors on 1 September 2025. Changes in the Management Board, appointments for posts are already agreed and will be officially approved at the next gathering of the Supervisory Board of Shareholders before the end of September. Until the authoritative approval of the nomination, associate of the Supervisory Board, Mr Antonio Di Gennaro, is temporarily seconded to the Management Board.
