The “patriot march” organised by KO politicians will not be held on 11 and on 25 May, as reported by Rafał Trzaskowski. “We perceive to the voices of colleagues from another parties forming the government, that was 1 of the reasons for the change of date,” explained the president of Warsaw.
– It would be good for this march to take place between I and II round, due to the fact that it is simply a march that will combine all democratic forces – explained the presidential candidate.
– I very much hope that then we will all be able to be together, we will all be able to support the candidate or the Democratic candidate, who will get into the second round," he added.
Shortly after the announcement of Trzaskowski, Prime Minister Donald Tusk, who was the initiator of the event, besides wrote about the change of the date of the "patriot march".
‘Note! Change! The large Patriot March will take place on 25 May, before 2nd circular of elections, according to the correct advice of president Rafal Trzaskowski," announced the head of government.
As he stressed, this "will let full mobilisation of democratic patriots". “All together! So: Sunday, May 25, Warsaw, at noon," he wrote.
