Minister of improvement Krzysztof Paszyk, said that the European Commission supports the initiative of the Polish Presidency to proceed work on a draft directive abolishing the change of time, but opposition shows Brussels bureaucratic machinery. He stressed that seasonal time changes have no substantive justification.
