Russia carried out another massive wave of attacks on Ukraine, hitting, among others, Kiev. According to the president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenski, last night Russian troops fired over 670 drones and 56 rockets, and the aim was primarily civilian infrastructure.
The Ukrainian leader stressed that the scale of fire shows that Moscow does not intend to end the war. In only 1 day, the Russians were to usage more than 1560 drones against Ukraine.
The most hard situation was in Kiev, where 1 of the drones hit an eight-story residential block, destroying part of the building. At least 1 individual has died, and there may inactive be people under the rubble. Damages were reported in respective twelve locations of the capital and the attacks were besides covered by the Kiev region, Siliconczuk and Czarnomorsk.
President Zelenski estimated that the Russian attack did not coincide accidentally with the visit of US president Donald Trump to China.
