On July 29, at the age of 84, Tomasz Telega died a man highly well-deserved for the environment of property experts and surveyors. Tomasz Telega was born on 7 December 1940. In 1963, he graduated from the Faculty of Geodesy and Cartography of the Warsaw University of Technology, earning a master's degree in surveying engineer.
