W During the informal debate on TVP, the parliament asked in its formal proposal whether Minister of Justice Adam Bodnar had changed his position, due to the fact that during the PiS's regulation he argued as Ombudsman that without the participation of the KRRiTV, it was impossible to appoint public media authorities in accordance with the Constitution, and that the government in which present is Minister of Justice did just that! The question was correct due to the fact that the Minister of Justice listened carefully to the question, but he did not decide to talk and give any answer or comment on the matter.

Today, very large emotions are in this area due to what is happening on public television, which is incomprehensible to us. As a spokesperson for civilian rights, Mr Adam Bodnar issued a position to the Constitutional Court's judgment, according to which the authorities of Polish Television, public media, with the exception of the National Broadcasting Council, cannot be appointed. We realize that he questions the constitutionality of the current regulations on the National Media Council. This is understandable, but Minister Sienkiewicz, without the National Broadcasting Council, appointed fresh public tv authorities and another public media institutions. He made specified decisions, based on this decision we have chaos, a battered MP, I have a fight in Poland. Do not exchange 1 lawlessness, 1 violation of the law for another. And that's why we should hear from the Minister of Justice here, does he change his position, or does he think that these actions are legal? And the Home Secretary. Firstly, and secondly, the Prime Minister and those who take full work for this majority should explain what is happening, on the basis of which law you make specified controversial decisions.
