Bad news for Claude's creators. The court endorsed the Pentagon. There was a strong argument

The national Court of Appeal upheld the decision to declare Anthropic a threat to the safety of supply chains. The step taken by the Pentagon – after the outbreak of a conflict with the company – was considered by the judges to be reasonable action. Anthropic is considering submitting an application for an assessment of a judgement by a full jury.
