Bad news for NATO. Russians can retreat “Kuzniecowa” [COMMENTARY]

According to the agency Izwestia, the Russian defence ministry intends to retreat the flagship warship Flota, an air cruiser "Admiral Kuzniecov". For the time being, this involves halting the shipbuilding work aimed at restoring this "quasi carrier" to service. The Russians in their dispatch besides wrote about the suspension of modernization, but in fact no 1 planned specified modernization. If something was exchanged on this ship for new, then only what was essential for swimming (not for fighting) and which could not be repaired due to the deficiency of parts.
