Ziebra wasn't there.
Police officers from the Skierniewice Municipal Police Station (Łódź) were to halt Zbigniew Ziobra and bring him as a witness before the Sejm committee due to the fact that his home is on the premises of this unit.
Officers arrived after 6. They called the gate for a fewer minutes, but no 1 answered or made contact with the video phone. Similarly, 2 another verified addresses were present.
According to the younger aspirant Aneta Piecek of the Urban Police office in Skierniewice:
We didn't find the individual we were expected to lead. We have until 10:30 to execute a court order to detain this person. The commander shall decide on the follow-up.
Aneta Plazek stressed that officers from Skierniewice and Łódź operate on the basis of a court order which went to the Municipal Police office in Skierniewice on 28 January.

The subject of Zbigniew Ziobry was raised by Michał Wójcik from the PiS on TVN24. Wójcik reported that he spoke to Zbigniew Ziobra the erstwhile day about 19 o'clock on the committee meeting, and the politician was then in Brussels. He added that it was a short conversation and pointed out that any media reports suggesting that Ziobro was going to hide abroad are false.
Michał Wójcik stated that he assumed that Zbigniew Ziobro had returned to Poland and would be in Poland today, but he did not intend to appear in front of the committee, which he and many another people consider illegal.
He besides referred to the police's actions, suggesting that power seeks to trigger a political spectacle. He pointed out that 4 police cars were sent to Ziobra’s place of residence, which he felt was like taking action against dangerous criminals and inadequate.
