Former MS chief Zbigniew Ziobro estimated that Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek had decided to "openly violate" the existing legislation, dismissing the Presidents and Vice Presidents of the courts against the negative opinions of the court colleges. According to Ziobra, it is "criminal action", characteristic of authoritarian states.
