Zbigniew Ziobro, erstwhile Minister of Justice, was not at the oath of president Karol Nawrocki on 6 August in the Sejm. As the "Fact" reported at the time, citing the words of PiS MP Mariusz Goska, the reason is healthful – Ziobro had planned surgery associated with complications from cancer.

– So far this includes radiation, chemistry and surgery to cut out 20 cm of the esophagus, parts of the tummy and lymph nodes. Doctors built a fresh esophagus and a tiny tummy that placed not in its anatomical place, but in its right lung," he said in 1 of the interviews.
