B. Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro accused Prime Minister Donald Tusk of attempting to "unlawful" imprisonment of him - for a judicial bill. In his opinion, the arrest decision, after the Sejm had previously waived his immunity, was to be made by an exceptionally politicist activist.
