The request of the National Prosecutor's Office for the arrest of erstwhile Minister of Justice, PiS MP Zbigniew Ziobry, will be examined by the territory Court for Warsaw-Mokotów. Investigators believe that Ziobro will otherwise impede the investigation of the Justice Fund. There are 26 serious charges on the erstwhile Justice Minister.
