"In accordance with an earlier announcement, I submit a study of a suspected crime committed by Minister W. Żurek and his subordinate prosecutors. Revealing the mystery of the investigation to the detriment of the public interest and against parliamentary procedures is, in accordance with the penal code, a criminal offence prosecuted of its own motion," wrote Zbigniew Ziobro in a fresh post on X and annexed the letter.
Ziorbro against Żurk. That's what he's saying.
The application was submitted by Zbigniew Ziobro and Marcin Warchoł on behalf of the full PiS Parliamentary Club. As we read, the paper deals with "disclosure of the unauthorised persons, and this is to the journalists of TVN 24 information obtained in connection with the execution of the activities in the framework of the above-mentioned investigation, i.e. the full content of the motion of prosecutor Piotr Wozniak (applied as a national prosecutor) on 28 October 2025 to give consent to the arrest of the MP at the Sejm of the Republic of Poland Zbigniew Ziobra and thus to exceed his powers".
Let us add that this step has already been announced by Mr PiS on Sunday. He criticised the Minister of Justice for TVN24's disclosure of the details of the motion to waive his parliamentary immunity.
Let us remind you that the case of Zbigniew Ziobra has late warmed up the Polish political scene. The politician is under serious charges. Investigators say he was to direct an organized crime group and claim money from the Justice Fund (e.g. to acquisition Pegasus).
A spokesperson for the National Prosecutor's Office Anna Adamiak explained that the group founded by Ziobra was to consist of officials and employees of the Ministry of Justice and people associated with the beneficiaries of the Justice Fund. In the course of 26 crimes, the group was to claim over PLN 150 million from the Fund.
