"In accordance with the earlier announcement, I hereby study a suspicion of a crime committed by Minister W. Żurek and his subordinate prosecutors. The erstwhile Minister of Justice and the lawyer General claims that the content of the request for consent to bring him to justice has been disclosed to the unauthorised, even before he himself managed to get acquainted with him.
The announcement indicated that on 31 October, at around 3:00 p.m., the media had notified the request for the removal of the Immunity Ziobra to the Member's parliamentary parliamentary box. "The day before, at 10:09 pm, an article by ed was published on the TVN 24 website. Darius Kubik under the title: This is how the Zibi group of Ziobra worked. We have obtained a request from the prosecutor's office" - noted in the letter.
The motion to bring Ziobra to account was deliberately leaked to the media? ‘It was previously handed over to the pro-government station’
The announcement besides cited that the Advocate General's Ombudsman informed during the press conference and in press releases that the charges against Ziobra had not yet been clarified, while journalists had already stated that these allegations had arrived the day before.
The PiS MP emphasises that this is simply a double violation of the law and intended action. "The proposal was previously passed on to the pro-government station to prevent me from reacting rapidly and reliably to the public false allegations," wrote the head of the Ministry of Justice during the PiS government on Sunday.
The announcement mentions a request to the Sejm to waive Zbigniew Ziobrze's immunity in connection with an investigation into irregularities in the Justice Fund. For the crimes indicated in the application, including directing a criminal group, up to 25 years in prison.
