The Ziobra case is late 1 of the main topics dealt with by almost everyone, from prosecutors, politicians to journalists of various portals. Recently, even the "independent" general councillor of the minister of justice, Prosecution Wrzosek gave her voice, calling Ziobra "the common coward, the common coward, the European coward", another argument for the independency of the representatives of the judiciary.
There are many questions about this issue whether there will be detention, whether there will be a trial, or if Ziobro will come back, I would like to present to readers my thoughts on this issue.

After this draw, you should ask yourself a fewer questions. The fundamental question is whether decision-makers and prosecutors want this process, or whether they request to laughter at "run away" Ziebra. If they want this trial and the evidence in all 26 allegations is indisputable, the lead should reject the arrest application. The reasons are several, the most crucial is the condition of the suspect's cancer. If there is no appeal of the Public Prosecutor's Office and the conviction is final, you can start preparing for the trial. If Ziobro doesn't return to the country, then you can call him a coward or a softy. If a conviction for arrest of a fishy is made, this may mean that the evidence collected by the prosecutor's office is not as hard as it tries to present itself, and subsequent trials and evidence of a fishy may change the question of whether it is simply a political trial alternatively than a trial for criminal offences alleged.
Declarant as fishy Z. Ziobro in his defence may one more time repeat and accuse prominent politicians of the erstwhile Civic Platform, and negate any points of prosecution by proving that they acted likewise and proceed to act unpunished politicians of the present coalition, in akin situations and have no charges.
