Before leaving for the UK Polish Prime Minister explained reason for signing the treaty in London, between Poland and the UK.
These are the key words of Prime Minister Tusk explaining the reasons for his conclusion: "a strategical threat, besides long-term, to Poland and the UK, for NATO is Russia". The Prime Minister (from 4 minutes 27 seconds) explains for what intent Poland needs bilateral treaties: "Well, it is very important, and so we read both treaties (with NATO and with Britain – the Northolt Treaty) that regardless of NATO's reaction as a whole, it will be possible to number on France and the United Kingdom. For fast bilateral reactions. In case of threat before the decision of all 32 NATO members is taken’.
Treaty on the Pro-War
Turning this hysterical, escopal language of Prime Minister Donald Tusk into Polish, this means that firstly – Poland is almost terminal due to the Russian threat (using any medical term)! Secondly, in case the NATO countries did not support these “defensive” actions of Poland with Russia and did not launch Article 5 of NATO, which started the war with Russia, they would immediately support France and the United Kingdom. The Prime Minister's concern about NATO's reactions is right, due to the fact that in case Poland had provoked the war with Russia, then the implementation of Article 5 of NATO would be unfounded. Moreover, the modern United States under government Donald Trump, the main pillar of NATO, do not want to enter deeper into the war with Russia. They want to retreat from the war with her in Ukraine. On the another hand, the recently concluded treaty with large Britain – the treaty with Northolt – has the task of continuing this war until the full surrender of Russia in Ukraine!
For Ukraine
Article 1 Cooperation in the field of abroad and safety policyread: ‘4. The Parties stress that the Russian Federation is simply a threat to global peace and security. The Parties reaffirm their commitment to countering and deter Russian aggression and all forms of interference on its part. The Parties are determined to exert appropriate force on those who let Russian hostile actions and aggression and to act jointly, including in global forums, to bring the Russian Federation (including its political and military leaders) to account for violations of global law committed in this context, including global humanitarian law and global human rights law. The Parties will proceed to cooperate with Ukraine and another partners to guarantee that the Russian Federation legally fulfils its work to pay for Ukraine's damage. 5. A sustained commitment to territorial sovereignty and integrity Ukraine within its internationally recognised borders, The Parties reaffirm their unwavering military support for Ukraine's safety and independency and support for its reconstruction and reconstruction, including supporting Ukraine in building a resilient economy, creating stronger democratic institutions and deepening Euro-Atlantic integration".
The mocking of Poles
I see a resemblance to the situation in August 1939. The treaties concluded with France and the UK did not aid Poland. On the contrary, they hurt her. Poland suffered immense losses taking on the German storm. After the war ended, Polish pilots from Northolt were forgotten on parades of triumph in the UK. Fighting for heaven over Britain. In this state of things, calling this rotten treaty the Treaty of Northolt is simply a mockery from Poland and Poles.
