Winter paralyzes Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris. Red alerts and chaos at airports and stations

The attack of winter in Western Europe has led to communication chaos. The most hard situation is at airports in Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam, where the conflict to keep minimum capacity takes 24 hours. In Amsterdam, KLM was on the verge of a complete suspension of the operation due to a deficiency of de-icing fluid.
