The Green List is simply a list of equipment and uniform elements that soldiers will be able to buy on their own and usage freely in service. The solution works in the peculiar Forces and in NATO armies, especially with our largest ally - the United States Army. Does this solution have a chance of accepting among the soldiers and why may problems arise?
