President Karol Nawrocki, at the request of the National Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, agreed to appoint 78 soldiers and officers of the National safety Office to the first rank.
As stated by BBN, the president will "issue the applicable resolution after the countersignature of the Prime Minister".
President Rafał Leśkiewicz, who was asked present by PAP about the issue of officer nominations in the ABW, stressed that "the another (nominations) are in the process of analysis".
– We will inform (about them) on an ongoing basis – he noted.
President Karol Nawrocki has not signed the appointments of officers of the interior safety Agency and Military Counterintelligence Service since the beginning of November, justifying the deficiency of applicable information on State safety and the cancellation of his meetings with the heads of service by the government.
