The “two towers” affair returned to political salons after years. This is an unrealised investment in the centre of Warsaw, where Silver Company, controlled by the Lech Kaczyński Foundation, planned to build skyscrapers to guarantee financial stableness of the Law and Justice environment.
The Austrian businessman Gerald Birgfellner, a private son-in-law of cousin Kaczyński, played a key function in preparing the project. As she revealed “Gazeta Wyborcza”, Birgfellner worked for 14 months on the investment and then accused the leader of the Law and Justice Service of failing to pay.

She stressed that she had not been informed of the details of the general meetings of partners or of the decisions taken.
