The “Mazowier” squad invites to the Polish Folklore Centre “Karolin”

On Sunday, the 5th birthday of the Polish Folklore Centre “Karolin” will be celebrated at the office of the band “Mazowier” in Carolina (Otrabuses). As part of the event, presentations, workshops and performance of the band “Mazowsze”.

The Polish Folklore Centre “Karolin”, located at the Palace in Karolina (Otrabusy), promotes cognition about Polish folklore and the past of the band “Mazowier”. “This is the youngest kid “Mazovia” – it is written in the event information.

The palace, which since the beginning of the “Mazovia” is the home of the band and the rehearsal room, is inactive vibrant. There are many meetings, workshops, lectures and conferences for people of all ages. There are besides outdoor events and dances at the sounds of folk bands from different regions of Poland.

As part of the celebrations of the 5th birthday of the Polish Folklore Centre “Karolin” on Sunday 13 September, a free tour of the centre was planned, during which educators will tell how the National Folk Song and Dance squad “Mazowisz” draws from folk works and will tell the communicative of its rich artistic and cultural activities. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. you can take part in cutting workshops.

At 5 p.m., the performance of the choir and the band “Mazowsze” will begin. In the Chamber Hall you will hear the most beautiful Mazovia works, compositions by Tadeusz Sygietyński, the founder of “Mazovia”. “Due to the limited number of venues for the concert, free entrances are available, which will be available at the Polish Folklore Centre “Karolin”, the organizer of the event informs.
