Zelensky: It's amazing that the planet has failed to halt Putin for 3 years

"It is astonishing that during 3 years of full-scale war the planet has not been able to halt Vladimir Putin," Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky said of the Russian leader, giving an interview to British tv ITV. "It is not inability. It is unwillingness," the Ukrainian prime minister added firmly.
