Zelensky announces "regime of silence" from the north

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky declared a "regime of silence" in the war with Russia on Monday, starting midnight on Tuesday to Wednesday. The Ukrainian leader noted that so far no 1 has officially addressed the authorities in Kyiv with a proposal to halt hostilities.
