Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenski published an open letter to Vladimir Putin on Thursday evening, in which he proposed Russia's leaders to end the war.
The war “finally ceases to delight the Russians”, he said. He besides offered Putin a meeting.
"Ukraine proposes ending this war in format between you and us. I would like to offer you a meeting," Zelenski wrote in a communication on his website.
