Several European leaders and NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte will take part in a Monday gathering of Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenski with US president Donald Trump in Washington. The talks, to which the Presidents of France and Finland have joined, are intended to discuss initiatives to end the war in Ukraine.
