The wellness of a soldier - the challenge of a safe future

We invitation you to the conference “The wellness of the Soldier – the Challenge of a Safe Future”, which will take place on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at the Club of the Warsaw Garrison Command.

The conference was held with honorary patronage, including Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defence, General of Arms prof. Grzegorz Gielerak, manager of the Military Medical Institute - State investigation Institute and Jolanta Sobieranska-Greenda, Minister of Health.

During the conference we will talk about effective prevention, intellectual health, the function of military medical personnel, cybersecurity, misinformation in health.

An integral component of the event, which will take place on 5 March 2026, will be the presentation of the White Paper, containing positions, analyses and recommendations of experts participating in the conference, which we organised under the slogan "Soldier Health" on 12 December 2025. The White Paper is to be the starting point for further debates, in-depth analyses and the formulation of systemic recommendations on the wellness welfare of soldiers and the resilience of the state.

We will discuss the most crucial challenges that will contribute to the construction of a coherent, modern soldier wellness system. We combine the environment of the military, medicine, public administration and public opinion and build awareness that the wellness of soldiers is 1 of the key elements of national security.

The panels will be attended by distinguished experts who will share their perspective.
