The demoralized legal occupier of the Constitutional Court, Julia Przyłębska, powerfully emphasised that there is no anticipation of annulment of the judgement of the Constitutional Tribunal. She made it clear that specified an effort constitutes a declaration of crime. She referred to the clear provisions of the Constitution, which state that the decisions of the Constitutional Court are final. This message was a mention to the coalition agreement between KO parties, Poland 2050, PSL and fresh Left, in which the abolition of the abortion conviction was recorded. It is simply a pity that Przyłębska does not announcement that the business of the position of president of the Constitutional Tribunal is simply a crime.

We remind you that according to the law the word of the cook Kaczyński has been terminated, ends in December 2022. However, the demoralized legally Przyłębska does not accept this fact and to treat the Żoliborski grandpa occupies the position of the president of the Constitutional Tribunal.

— It is not possible to annul the decisions of the Constitutional Court in the procedure provided for in the coalition agreement, unless they would like to change the constitution, but I wonder how they would like to change it, due to the fact that 1 of the rules underlying the ruling in 2020 is simply a provision on human dignity. This means that we are to deprive Polish citizens of their dignity. This is the intention of those who question the ruling of the Constitutional Tribunal, as assessed by the president of Przyłębska on Thursday on the PiS-controlled TVP Info.

The demoralized legal Przyłębska thus referred to the coalition agreement between KO, Poland 2050, PSL and Nowa Lewica initialled on 10 November. Part 1 of this agreement, entitled ‘Programme arrangements’, in point 6 — as a ‘key area’ — sets out the strengthening of women's rights and announces the annulment of the 2020 judgement of the Constitutional Tribunal. On 22 October 2020, the Constitutional Court ruled that it was unconstitutional to let abortion in the event of severe and irreversible foetal impairment or an incurable illness threatening his life.

— Of course, this is simply a declaration of crime due to the fact that there is no anticipation of a Constitutional Court ruling being annulled. The Constitution speaks unequivocally and is beyond dispute that the decisions of the Constitutional Tribunal are universally binding and final,” stressed Przyłębska.

According to the president of the Constitutional Tribunal, ‘it is an incitement to commit a crime, due to the fact that I realize that these declarations are declarations by various authorities of the state to act against the law, and so to commit a crime’

— This should not happen and should be assessed in accordance with the applicable rules as well as what appears in the public space, namely threats to judges, violations of the constitutional rule of independency and judicial independence," she noted.

    — Threatening the justice for being a justice and doing his occupation according to his conscience, not outside orders, violating that rule is besides a crime,” added Przyłębska.
