Crime in Lviv. "See Russian footprint"

We know this crime wasn't random. You can see the Russian way in it - he gave the commander to the Ukrainian police. He referred to the assassination of erstwhile Ukrainian Parliament president Andrija Parubić. He died on Saturday in the street in Lviv.
