Are we approaching the Kremlin? Pro-Russian environments in Poland “dynamically” grow

In fresh weeks, pro-Russian environments in Poland have been highly active. They organized reunions, fairs, reactivation of respective organizations continues. An "independent application" is to be created to supply easy access to pro-Russian content. Is the Kremlin just expanding its influence on Poles?
