
Zbigniew Ziobro was detained by police at the Republic tv headquarters, where he interviewed on Friday morning. The politician is to be brought to the gathering of the Pegasus Committee of Inquiry. The search for the erstwhile Minister of Justice has continued since morning.

On Friday morning, the police failed to halt Zbigniew Ziobra. The officers did not find the erstwhile Minister of Justice in his home in Jeruzal (Łódź Province). The politician is to be brought to the gathering of the Pegasus Committee of Inquiry.
On Monday, the territory Court in Warsaw gave consent to his detention and forced him to bring before the committee. Ziobro had previously missed her meetings respective times.
– I'm not 1 of those who faint. Although I am abroad, I will come to Poland due to the fact that I am not afraid of officers. I will not defy either, but I will make it clear by showing the Constitutional Court's ruling," said on Monday on Polsat News Zbigniew Ziobro, commenting on the court's decision to force him to be brought before the committee of inquiry.
– I have considered, believe and will be consistent in that, that I should not appear and will not volunteer to the alleged Pegasus Commission, which in my opinion has been delegated. Last September 10, the legality of the committee's action was examined by the Constitutional Court. (...) The Constitutional Tribunal concluded that the resolution on the Pegasus Investigative Committee was adopted in violation of the provisions of the Polish Constitution and de facto delegalised this committee – on air Polsat News Zbigniew Ziobro.
– I cannot accept public lawlessness, that is, submission to the political interests of the ruling organization Donald Tusk," he added.
