Zbigniew Ziobro triumphs in court. He can claim damages

The Court of Appeal in Warsaw has overturned the decision to forcibly bring the erstwhile head of the Ministry of Justice, Zbigniew Ziobro, to a proceeding before the parliamentary investigative committee on Pegasus in September 2025, a spokeswoman for this court said. During that hearing, Ziobro admitted that he was the initiator of the acquisition of the Pegasus system. The politician's lawyer does not regulation out that he will request financial compensation.
