Zbigniew Ziobro referred to the motion to waive immunity. The paper was signed by the incorrect person, which is legally ineffective – he pointed out to the PiS MP and reported that he had submitted a announcement to the prosecutor about the suspicion of a crime committed by lawyer General Waldemar Żurek and Proctor Piotr Wozniak.
Ziobro and MP Marcin Warchoł indicate that the request sent to the Sejm suggests that it was signed by the National Prosecutor, although it was actually done by Proc. Piotr Woźniak of the Warsaw-Prague territory Attorney's Office. Members shall consider this as a message of untruth and an excess of powers. According to them, besides Minister Żurek, erstwhile sending his application to the talker of the Sejm, was aware of the inauthenticity of the document, which, as they judge, constitutes a violation of the law and of prosecutorial duties.

On Thursday, the Sejm's committee is to examine a request from the National Prosecutor's Office to waive parliamentary immunity and arrest b. Minister of Justice in connection with an investigation into the Justice Fund. The prosecution accuses Ziobrze, among others, of directing a criminal group and misappropriation of over PLN 150 million.
