On Friday Zbigniew Ziobro answered many questions from journalists in the Sejm. These included, among another things, the anticipation of bringing him before the Pegasus investigation committee. “Why, if a bandit wants to make me do something, I gotta submit to a bandit,” Ziobro started.

WP writer Patryk Michalski asked Ziebra if this was how he warned the police. “I am not informing them, on the contrary, of any danger on my part,” replied the PiS politician. He further admitted that he would not conflict with the police and go with them to the designated place.

Ziobro for weeks avoided answering questions from the Pegasus committee. At first, he explained his sick health. He later referred to the Constitutional Court's decision, which considered that the scope of the committee's action was incompatible with the Constitution. The conviction was not published. The Ziobra proceeding was scheduled for Friday 31 January.
At the beginning of next week, the territory Court in Warsaw will deal with the commission's request for approval to bring the erstwhile Minister of Justice before her. The sitting on this case was scheduled to take place this week, but a motion for exclusion was made to the court to identify the case of justice Anna Birdiek.
