Zbigniew Komosa sued Jarosław Kaczyński. Court decision

The territory Court for Warsaw Śródmieście announced a decision in connection with the private accusation of Zbigniew Komosa of violating his physical integrity by PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński. The proceeding was discontinued due to "the negligible harm of the act". Komosa announced an appeal.
