The president of Warsaw Rafał Trzaskowski laid flowers in front of the monument of Józef Piłsudski. After the ceremony he referred to the march on 11 November. "I have always fought to guarantee that there is no monopoly on the organization of the independency March in Warsaw," he said. He hopes that the presence at the Polish President's march will warrant peace.
