As described in CyberDefence24, [the direction of action in the institution](https://cyberdefence24.pl/technologie/ideas-ncbr-environment-critical-election-new-president) was **defined as “dangerous madness” or “unreasonably substantive”**. Scientists [also wrote an open letter](https://cyberdefence24.pl/politics-i-law/stormy-wokol-ideas-ncbr-researchers-ai-writes-to-premier) to Prime Minister Donald Tusk, asking for a consequence and clarification of the case so as not to lose possible regarding artificial intelligence.
